Topic: Time Management | Year: 2020 | Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint
Background:
Many people feel that there’s not enough hours in the day to get all your tasks done. In my time management training, I teach the Eisenhower Matrix and how to use the technique to manage your time more effectively. In my course, participants should be able to:
- Describe each of the four quadrants in the Eisenhower Matrix.
- Identify which quadrant each of their tasks fall under.
- Identify which quadrant the participant is spending the most time in.
- Use the practical tools provided to spend more time in the important, but not urgent quadrant.
Design Thinking:
I don’t believe instructor led training should be a lecture where the presenter talks at the audience the whole time, especially for a skills training. A presentation is best when it is engaging and the audience not only participates, but practices the skill.
After the course, you will be able to use your time more efficiently and productively giving you more time to do what matters most.
